Flax is one of the richest sources of Omega-3 (alpha linolenic acid) essential fatty acids. Omega-3 EFAs are widely believed to be essential for our general well-being they can assist the body in cellular growth and help to maintain a healthy heart.      DIRECTIONS:Take one teaspoonful twice a day. The oil has a slightly nutty taste and can be taken either on its own or added to cereal, yoghurt or ice cream.
