When used later, the Herpotherm causes a less serious cycle and/or an earlier subsidence of the symptoms. The Herpotherm is a medical device made in Germany with 100% end control of the reported application parameters. Undesired side effects or even pathological skin-changes in the area of the lips were ruled out in dermatological testing.
