Description: Avena sativa (oat) has been used for centuries as both a food and a remedy.  Alfred Vogel knew that when the oats are just breaking into flower and the seeds beginning to form, the plant is richest in its active ingredients. The oats used in this tincture are grown organically and have been harvested at the time of optimum potency.Please seek medical advice if pregnant. Keep out of reach and sight of children.Store in a cool dry place Adults: 20 drops 2 or 3 times daily in a little water.
