Review: Started taking these as I was diagnosed with b12 problems over a year ago. I was given a lot of injections at the beginning, but after having blood tests gp will not give anymore as he said my levels were up. As I was still having a multitude of problems I decided to take these b12 tablets as many internet sites advise that sublingual tablets go straight into the bloodstream. In some cases this can be better than the injections as a certain enzyme is needed to convert to usable energy and with the tablets this is not required. I have been taking them for about six weeks now and have noticed that my balance has improved and tingling symptoms have stopped. I still feel tired but it does seem that my symptoms of tiredness are slightly reduced. Given that I went a very long time without the injections before deciding to take these tablets I do get the feeling that I will improve further. The price is great too.

Review: This is an inferior form of vitamin B12 which causes the body to have to deal with cyanide. Buy the better, natural, methyl form of B12 instead.
