Review: I've found sprinkling this stuff on cereal, along with walnuts, to be one of the more tolerable ways to maintain a good balance of omegas. It's quite earthy, but if you're OK with hemp oil this shouldn't be a problem. Also it does get stuck in the teeth a bit, but it's not as jaggedy as ground flax and doesnt have the sliminess of flax & chia. Just don't forget to keep this in the fridge, and use it within the recommended 45 days, as it does go rancid easily (it smells like old raw eggs when it goes rancid ????)

Review: This is not ground shelled hemp seeds. It is the WHOLE seed finely milled, shell and all. I should have looked more carefully at the picture on the packet before I purchased. The powder if very dark green because the shell is milled also. I found it quite gritty and unpleasant to eat on my breakfast cereal, I actually found myself choking on it slightly. If your used to chugging down protein smoothies, this might work for you. The taste is not unpleasant, rich and nutty tasting, but the texture was not what I was expecting, and not for me. I’ll stick with the Linwoods shelled Hemp seeds which I’ve been eating for years. Much nicer I my opinion.
