Review: These capsules always give me a boost; they make me feel satisfied as though I don't need to eat junk food. I don't know why these worked so well when other natural/homeopathic supplements never made a difference. Maybe it's the algae and microalgae: I don't like to overdo anything so I only take these every second day.
