Review: After making bread from this flower we found that it was extremely satiating and regulated the blood sugar response. Eaten with olive oil and balsamic vinegar makes a wonderful accompaniment to soups.

Review: The media could not be loaded. I purchased this product because of the high 15% protein content as I need a very strong flour. However, I received the typical 13.2% flour. The product has no way of being returned nor the seller to be contacted, and now I’m stuck with this 6Kg of pointless flour.
