Review: I'm not going to make any claim as to whether this product has any effect on how well I sleep. But I can say that it offers a very pleasant addition to the whole experience of going to bed. I love the soothing fragrance which makes it a win in my mind. Not the cheapest of this type of product, but there's a reason for that. It's all about quality, and therefore worthy of the price.

Review: I really like this spray. I was worried it would be too ‘lavendery’ as I don’t personally like the smell Of lavender very much, but it’s very subtle. I don’t know if it’s improved my sleep as such, but it’s really nice to smell as you’re drifting off. I have some aromatherapy oils by the brand Tisserand, and even though you roll them directly onto your skin, I find the fragrance fades or you stop noticing it, but this spray continues to hold its scent and be smelt by you. I would rate it a 5 but I personally would like it more if it was a little cheaper as I don’t like spending much ????
