Review: If you know anything about minerals, vitamins etc. they are to be synergistic which means in order for one element to work it has to be taken with another (they act like catalysts) it took me a while to find this ratio balance - there should be approx. 10% Magnesium ratio to Calcium to make it absorbable, within this combination should be zinc, at 10mg its a bit shy but lo and behold a dash of vit D - someone has done their homework. Results; HBa1C count has fallen from 7.1 - to 6.7 (with No exercise and no change in medication) My cholestrol has fallen from 5.9 - to 3.2 (I have given up on my suicide watch Statins) My blood pressure has fallen from 145/90 - to 130/74 (with NO exercise) I can't wait for my next blood test but please don't self medicate - try these out over 3-6 months then have a blood test. they are always delivered on time when ordered.

Review: prefer the zinc on its own but it does what it says on the bottle and helps keep colds at bay as well as providing extra calcium!!
