Review: The first two times we bought these they were brilliant. I was over the moon to have found fully degradable bags at a reasonable price, that were strong enough to replace the Lakeland ones we'd used previously. However, last time we bought these, I made the mistake of buying 4 rolls in two different sizes, only to discover they've completely changed. The new style bags are about 1/3 thinner, but even more annoying is the split they've added to the top of each bag. I'm guessing perhaps that the idea is to market them as bags with 'tie handles', but what it actually means, is that you lose a substantial portion of the bag's capacity, and create a weak point that sometimes rips when trying to tear the bags off the roll. If you don't mind flimsy bags with a 5 inch split at the top, you may be happy with these, but having tried the origibal stronger bags first, I'm pretty disappointed with this inferior product.
