Review: I conducted a milk test over a 48 hour period. (Control, Amazon bought BioCare Acidophilus, Finchely Clinic Floratrex, Finchley Clinic BioCare Acidophilis, Amazon bought HigherNature Probiotic, Amazon bought Biokult). Of all the brand new probiotics bought, refridgerated and then tested I concluded Floratrex to be by far the superior probotic (curdled milk in under 24 hours, around 18 hours to be more precise). In the same conditions the Finchely Clinic bought BioCare Acidophilus took just under 48 hours, however it managed to curdle the milk to yoghurt to a much better standard than this Amazon bought product (after 48 hours I saw yellowish fluid sitting atop the yoghurt, to a slightly unpleasant smell, unlike the same stuff bought from Finchley Clinic. Probably because one is stored in a warehouse and one is stored in a refridgator), but I wouldn't recommend this Acidophilus bought from anywhere, as the results just aren't good enough, 48 hours is too long in my opinion to judge the effectiveness of probiotic. My advise is please don't spend money on probiotics without knowing how good firsthand they are, especially ones kept in a warehouse, they die when not refridgerated (something I have proven myself with 6 month probiotic vs new probiotic, like for like) and 95+% will die in the stomach acid anyway, regardless of whatever anyone tells you. Sadly probiotics online are mostly scams, they source the probiotic in bulk from a wholesaler, relabel, import, then subsidise for reviews. If you dont believe me, get buy some probiotic, empty 1 capsule into full fat milk and see if it curdles in 24 hours. For now, I buy Floratrex then encapsulate them into my own enteric coated capsules to survive my stomach acid. Win- win
