Review: Second month of taking these. They seemed to have helped with leg cramps I was suffering from and I don't appear to have as any aches and pains. Also I have found that my finger nails are much stronger but not sure if that is down to these tablets or L-lysine which I have been taking recently. I have not had any problems with these tablets except the price! Will keep on taking for a while to see if there are any more benefits but not totally convinced they are worth the money.
