Review: I bought these on a whim whilst on sale. I’ve had a few jars now and the size of the seitan does vary a lot. Sometimes it looks like beef strips, other times it’s little bits of seitan but perfect for stir fry’s when you’re out of tofu. They hold well when cooking and don’t fall to bits.
