Review: I’ve tried a few, not noticed a huge amount of effects. But I definitely feel a drop if I stop taking the Brain Feed Theanine. Excellent product

Review: As suggested I am taking one a day, not 2 as I am already taking other tablets. This does not make the difference on me a part from my night sleep. During the day I feel energetic as usual and irritable sometimes which is my normal. I was hoping those tablets where going to make a change on it, but unfortunately not. What I have noticed since I have started taking them is I sleep better and more continuously at night. I use to go to the toilet one or two times during the night but now I sleep with no break. Price too high for this small effect. And the bag is only for 1 month/15 days depending if you are taking 1 or 2 a day.
