Review: I first ordered these green tea decaf teabags on 24th September, they were in a silver type package and they tasted really fresh and overall very good. It was the best decaf ones I've had so far. Decided to order again about a week ago this time I ordered 3 boxes, as I drink them daily. I'm so disappointed, I've noticed a weird type of gunk or something that's collecting in the mug (pics attached) and at first I thought it was scales from my kettle, but i checked and the kettle has been recently descaled and cleaned, i rinsed it anyway and made another cup, it happened again, so it couldn't be that. I changed the mug then made another cup and again this weird gunk happened gain, I even checked the tea bags to make sure it isn't the tea bag burst or leaking, but it wasn't, and this stuff is a weird colour and texture, it's not the leaves. I'm not sure what is going on. Also the taste is not the same, its not fresh & tastes strange. I noticed the packaging has changed into aa plastic type one. I'm not sure if it's the bag itself that's secreting something from the outside but something is definitely wrong. Another thing is the previous ones had a stronger colour to them, these seem very pale when brewed. Not ordering again. I've got a refund on them, but I wanted to leave the review so others don't have the same experience.
