Review: I had tried so many things for colic - every formula going, gripe water, infacol, probiotics, special tests/bottles/dummies. I was reluctant to part with more cash to try this, since it is v expensive (albeit much cheaper on Amazon than elsewhere). Wish I hadn’t delayed! Once I figured out how to administer with the least faff (I hand express a few drops into a sterile pot, add 4 drops then use a sterile syringe to put it in his mouth) my baby’s bad gas cleared up almost instantly. I was still sceptical and thought perhaps it was something else but honestly, every time I’ve forgotten a dose or reduced the dose, his tummy has been upset again. Medical professionals are sceptical due to genuine lactose intolerance being so rare in babies but I now understand there are issues such as antibiotic induced lactase deficiency and lactose overload (caused by poor feeding) which this product helps enormously with. (Giving you time to tackle the root cause.)

Review: My 4 week old son was showing signs of having colic, he was very gassy during and after feeds and it was extremely hard to get his wind up. He was constantly pulling his legs up everytime I went to put him down after a feed. It was taking around an hour to settle him and put him down which is exhausting at 3am in the morning. I switched him to aptamil comfort with no changes. I started him on these drops last week and I can't say they have made a huge difference. He does bring up more wind but it didn't make a difference to how long it was taking him to settle. After a bit more research online I thought I would try a smaller teat size than the standard size 1 that came with my mam starter bottles. The difference was instant. He was actually finishing the bottle quicker too with more comfort. Hopefully this review helps someone else who is struggling
