Review: I spent YEARS avoiding beans, corn, or excessive amounts of vegetables because the indigestion and bloating was so painful and extreme. I tried these on a whim. I took one, ate some beans (fully expecting a good 24 hours of pain and suffering) and instead, felt nothing. I now take them before any meal containing anything remotely triggering and they work every time. They're a bit expensive, but for me, the cost is worth it.

Review: I had IBS symptoms which were really bad indeed,, heard that this would help, took the whole bottle as recomended but unfortunately didn't see any results at all. Maybe it works for you, IT didn't for me, pity.
