Review: Seems to be helping. I have been taking it for a month and no hot flashes. And strangely enough, I got a period again even though it had been 3 months. It isn't 100% and I'm still going to the doc but really took the edge off.

Review: You'll get relief from hot flashes, for me it wasn't permanent. I took 1 tablet, 2xs day, for 2 months. I workout daily, cardio and weights , eat healthy and drink plenty of water, daily. I noticed additional weight, w/n 2 months, other than menopause weight. Maca is plant based part of potato family. Many that have taken Maca have stated they put on weight, especially on their bum, and breasts. Additional areas, thighs and core. This product has the same effect as Maca. I stopped taking this and see/ feel the weight coming off my core, at least.
