Review: I've had a dull ache at the bottom of my back for ages, in the end I was diagnosed with fibroids and possible endometriosis. I did some research and found that both of these issues are caused by hormonal imbalances. Natural remedies to balance hormones are reducing the perfumes/plastics/parabens/chemicals, no sugar, less refined carbs etc as well as drinking Raspberry Leaf tea and Chaste Tree (Angus Castus) supplements which I started implementing. I cannot tell you about my fibroids at the moment as, of course because they're not causing me too much agro, the doctors will not do anything about them BUT what I can tell you is that my periods, that have always been around 25-30 day cycle or occasionally missed altogether, have literally, within 2 months of drinking the tea along this supplement, have started being 28 days!! I thought it was a fluke at first but 7 months on and they are still every 28 days dead - like clockwork!! They are also much much less painful and less heavy. I will have another scan for the fibroid later this year so will see if this new lifestyle has helped, I suspect it has as less back pain too. These supplements are amazing but they will work better with a lifestyle change to get the results you're looking for.
