Review: I suffer from an under active thyroid which means my system is very sluggish, couple this with the fact I also have IBS-C means I am often very constipated. Over the years I have tried many different medications including probiotics, prebiotics , fibre supplements, peppermint capsules, etc but none have really worked for me then I did more research & stumbled across these. They have literally changed my life, I now have relatively pain free & regular bowel movements with no side affects such as stomach cramps that I experienced with other supplements. I shall definitely continue to take these for the foreseeable future.

Review: Didn't really work for me unless I took 4 or 5 tablets. Purchased another brand and 2 works just fine from them.
