Review: These high strength tablets taken twice a day have helped ease the pain caused by arthritis in my left knee by around 90 per cent I would estimate. I also take turmeric tablets, and a combination of the two have led to me being pain free virtually all the time. Of course they don't cure the actual problem, but the absence of pain - especially in bed at night - have allowed me to sleep much better and have a more active life. They're quite big so can sometimes take a bit of swallowing, but it's not a major problem for me. Don't expect they'll work for everyone, but for me they've been an absolute godsend. Good value too and I will definitely be re-ordering when this plentiful supply eventually runs out
