Review: Bought these a couple of months ago as suffer from Reynaud's all year and chilblains on my toes in the winter, which had already started this year in September so was desperate to find something that may help. It's difficult to really know if they've helped with Reynaud's - they may have lessened the symptoms and the frequency, but I couldn't be certain of that, but I am certain that they've helped with my chilblains which is a relief. I noticed that within a few days of taking them, the chilblains that I had had eased and I haven't had them as badly as I had them last winter at all (to a point where it was painful to walk at times). My toes are still cold but the chilblains that I've had in the past have certainly not developed so far. I held back on writing a review until now as I wanted to make sure that I could see a difference and, as I have, I thought it may help others who are looking for some respite from the pain and discomfort of chilblains.
