Review: I suffer from arthritis in my back and particularly in my hands - each thumb is particularly bad with the joints now nonexistant according to the Xrays. I could barely hold/carry anything without severe pain. A friend suggested GOPO capsules some 4-5 months ago and, in desperation, I decided to give them a go. After about 4 months I slowly realised that I was in much less pain and able to do far more with my hands. I now have no hesitation in recommending GOPO for anyone with joint pain/artritis - I have been amazed and hope they will be also!
