Review: I’m really pleased with this product. First night I tried one capsule just to see what effect it would have on my body. Nothing happened by the end of the next day, so I then took 3 capsules. Happy to report my constipation, which had been ongoing for weeks, seems to be resolving itself. I didn’t experience any negative side effects like cramping, nausea or diarrhoea - think the key is to keep the dose as low as possible while still being effective. I’m going to drop down to 2 capsules every other day to hopefully keep regular.

Review: Took 4 capsules as advised = nothing happened. Next day took another 4 capsules = again nothing happened. So on the third day I tried another 4 capsules = and it still didn't work for me. May be other customers have had the desired effect from these, but unfortunately the results were disappointing for me.
