Review: Although I'm used to taking a six-mushroom blend complex now as have been supplementing with various mushroom complexes for a while this is still a decent three-mushroom blend with my three favorite ones, Reishi and Shiitake working particularly well for me. There's some B12 in these too for a kick of energy and the price isn't too bad for a 30 day supply if you stick to one a day so would recommend.
