Review: All my friends and family just think I'm lucky not to be greyer than I am Used once every 2 to 3 weeks, which tends to wash a little out maybe and then add a little back, but no massive overnight change which is what I wanted On my third bottle now over as many years I use a fifty pence coin worth in the shower and thoroughly wash into hair and scalp, then shower the rest of me trying not to wash off head, then shower soap off walls and door before washing off my hair, so applied max 10 to 12 minutes. This works perfectly for what I want I tend to wash my hair twice a week with shampoo, otherwise I don't shower using shampoo on my head So I manage my grey rather than 'die' my hair If I leave it for more than 3 weeks I tend to notice a little grey creeping in so I think max non use for me is 3 weeks I always use it the first shower after having my hair cut and at 62 I still have a full head of hair
