Review: I had been using these for a while as a healthy substitute than sugar for my coffee. I noticed though that you need at least 3 or 4 to add any taste, however each tablet is 3.6mg of salt. Not sure if that is safe for low salt diet, especially if you need to use a couple in each cup to sweeten the drink...
