Review: I used this product because I have osteoporosis. I took it for several months, although I found the capsules difficult to swallow due to their size. During this time, I developed irritable bowel problems.,which persisted. I then suspected the capsules were the cause of my problems, so I stopped taking them and the results have have been good, These tablets contain algaecal, which I have taken for long periods before, but in a different format where food supplements were also prominent. I believe it was called Garden Source of nature and was in a white plastic container. It is on Amazon's web-site along side the Higher Nature tablets which have caused me problems. Hope this is helpful.
