Review: I've made falafel from scratch and the time effort and ingredients used did not match how excellent this product is. I first used them in our camper van, really a doddle to make and so very tasty, initially I thought the amount before you make it in to patties or balls looked very little, I make 8 and share between 2 with big salad. They are very filling and totally adequate. I have used them many times and have several boxes in my cupboard for quick healthy meals.

Review: Took this instant hummus on a multi day hike, but unfortunately it was really horrible. We followed the directions but the chickpea taste was overwhelming. To get a palatable taste we had to add so much water that it was way too runny to do anything with. I will admit we didn't have any olive oil or lemon juice (as the instructions state), but I struggle to see how these ingredients would have made it any better. We threw the whole lot in the bin!
