Review: My daughter 8 suffers with anxiety and stress, mood swings, and border line autism. I struggle to get her settled in the evening and off to sleep so I originally thought about sleep patches or a plug in, we can't do lavender in our house, then came across these. I normally struggle to get her to take any kind of oral "medication" but once I explained to her that they would help her relax and get a good sleep she seemed fine to let it dissolve in her mouth. First night out like a light pretty quickly, the nights followed and again with a single tablet she seemed to calm instantly and fall I to a deep sleep. Since taking these she's been a lot less anxious at night about things she's got to do the following day and wakes up in a good mood. Highly recommended
