Review: I'm 59, and am towards the upper end of the NHS healthy weight range. A recent blood pressure check-up showed the my BP was 120/90 which was cause for concern. I eat fairly healthily but have a family history of heart problems, so I was keen to take some action without formally having to take medication. I've not seen my doctor in over 15 years and would like to keep it that way. I tried taking Co-Enzyme Q10 tablets but these only lowered my diastolic blood pressure by 5 points after 3 weeks, so I thought I'd give the Kwai product a try and I'm pleased I did. The tablets are quite large but fortunately I have no problems swallowing them and they are completely tasteless with no after effects. After taking the tablets for 3 weeks my blood pressure has reduced to 113/78, which takes me into the ideal blood pressure zone (admittedly towards the upper end on the diastolic, but its still a considerable improvement). Hopefully a few more weeks of taking the tablets may knock a couple more points off.

Review: Unfortunately they don’t seem to be working for me, I check my blood pressure hours after taking the tablet and it’s still far to high. I also want to point out how huge the tablets are, they are not very easy for me to swallow.
