Review: There was a 'foodie" programme on the TV about a study which showed that some women (sadly only women benefitted in the study) benefitted by a 25% increase in their results when dieting if they took Lactobacillus rhamnosus. Since taking these tablets, I have had this result and also, if I continue with the tablets, do not gain weight to the same extent when I have some 'naughty' days. This may be a placebo effect but does work for me. Since the tablets are to enhance your 'good' bacteria, this seems to be a plus all-round
