Review: My first Amazon review, prompted by one taste of this product! (Do you need anything else?) Having started on this today after finishing a pot of Arctic Power Berries' blackcurrant powder, this was such a revelation of improved taste (and texture, if you're partial to a fine grind. Ahem). Initial comparative observations of this product: pinker colour; fine powder… But then what a flavour! Fully-rounded, credit-to-a-blackcurrant stuff once enlivened by a liquid. And confirm it blends beautifully (I use a spoonful of berry powder in my morning smoothie-like drink). Just had a browse of Loov’s similar-sounding fruit powders in 100g quantity and, due to their unusually overt distinction between use of whole berries versus 'exhausted' (juiced!) berries in those products, I’ve taken another look at my last powder’s packaging and it seems that would indeed account for the lack of flavour before. Funny they don’t flag this up but I managed to overlook the critical word in APB’s description of “handpicked, pressed, Arctic blackcurrant berries”; emphasising the word “fresh” rather more than “pressed” on the packaging! Live and learn. I might have been extra-spurred to write this as someone who’s spent time trawling various freeze-dried berry powder listings and frequently aborting the exercise after fruitlessly (unintended!) trying to compare quality, quantity, price, etc, but not really understanding how flavours compared. I haven’t tried them all so this may not be the best out there, but I’m pretty wowed by the quality and – boosted by current subscribe & save purchase option – the value seems excellent. Do try! N.B. In case you’re sensitive to these things, don’t be put off by any listing inconsistencies: I momentarily wondered what I was in for due to packaging mistakenly referring to cranberry powder in one section, but now entirely reassured they know what they’re doing with the important matters. Aitäh, Estonia :)

Review: This product even does not deserve a single star. Everything is a big joke about it. It is not a blackcurrant, not a powder and probably it isn't organic at all.
