This boulion power is a perfect way to curb your appetite until your next meal due to the low calories that won't break your fast or dieting, and the salty taste that will bring you relief. How I recommend drinking it is actually by taking a non-heaped teaspoon and mixing it into a therm flask. If you add too much or leave it to get cold the taste unfortunately becomes a bit overpowering. In the flask however you can get the perfect mix every time, and it won't get cold unless you're leaving the lid off for extended periods. I often prepare some the previous night and leave it by my bed and it's a perfectly drinkable temperature. Highly recommended.
