Review: I love this product. In a world of fad diets & health foods Omega 3 is one of those supplements that has stood the test of time. It has a load of scientifically proven benefits and people have been taking it in the form of Cod liver oil for years and years and so did i - until i became vegetarian. I do a physically demanding job and also exercise a lot in my spare time. I feel that an Omega 3 supplement is important to me to help reduce inflammation and aid my joint health. (As i mentioned above) becoming a vegetarian meant i could no longer take cod liver oil & therefore i was delighted to find this vegan omega 3 option! It gives me everything i got from the fish oil but from a more ethical source. Thank you Mccala!!
