Review: Taking this each morning seems to balance and calm my mind. After listening to a podcast which recommended taking a fish oil with EPA to manage depression, I thought I’d give it a go. I wouldn’t say I’m depressed (I have had full blown depression in the past, brought on by grief, so I know how that feels), but I am often a bit worn down by having two young children with all their demands and a busy life. I can’t tell you what a difference this supplement makes. I take this, a vitamin B complex and a probiotic (Adults Blend) each morning and wow, such a difference! I feel mentally more clear and calm and able to take on the day, without feeling like I want to go and hide away to manage the building stress and anxiety. It has been a game changer and I’m sticking with it. No nasty side effects either (no fishy burps etc!)
