Review: We are about to start trying for a baby and so I purchased these 60 capsules Natural Health Fertility Support for Women, to help me conceive. I bought them based on the reviews - it was a toss up between these and Zita West Vifafem and I decided to go for these as they had just slightly more reviews, and also higher dosages. As I'm sure many of us do, I like to read both the positive and negative reviews when making a purchasing decision, as it's really important to read what others have to say, especially when it come to something like Motherhood and a supplement to help you conceive! While I've only been taking these for 5 days and it's a little too early to tell, I saw that a lady had commented on the smell and how strong they were, but for me, even with my very strong sense of smell there is no issue whatsoever. They smell like Vitamin C, but not overpowering and once taken I have no reflux, or indigestion afterwards, which I sometimes get when I take tablets. They are a pinky/more orange colour and a medium sized tablet (not too large to make you gag) and the directions say to take 1 tablet twice a day, with food. I also love the fact that they are free from gluten, yeast, dairy, artificial flavours, colours and preservatives, which is very important to me especially as I'm allergic to gluten, yeast and dairy. While it's still very early days I'm happy so far and I'll update this review as time goes by and if we have any success. I've attached some pictures to give a better idea as to their size. Review: I did get pregnant while taking these supplements, but had a miscarried. I continue to take them but started to have irregular bleeding. they are ok to take for a short period of time. I wouldn't advice taking this supplements longer than 6 months. things I notice while taking them. feeling bloated, weight gain, I would get blackheads when my period was due, which would leave scars the supplements also caused me to have low libido. once I stopped taking them all side effects stopped as well.
