Review: Great flavour to add to salads along with some pumpkin seeds. I mix coconut oil and this pumpkin oil together and add full-fat goats cheese and the pumpkin seeds for a delicious and nutritiously satisfying salad. I’m sure it’s great in other recipes too, suck as quinoa salads etc. as the taste is distinctive yet not overpowering
