Description: Gall Plus is a specialised complex containing bile salts, lipase, other nutrients and food extracts, which may help support the health of the liver and gall bladder and assist in the emulsification and absorption of dietary fats. Gall Plus contains the enzyme lipase. In the body, lipase plays an essential role in digestion, helping the body to process and absorb dietary fats. Lipase begins the process of the breakdown of dietary fats. Then bile is released by the gall bladder (ideally) to help break down fat molecules into even smaller molecules. Ox bile concentrate may help to support the emulsification of fats and in this way may subsequently improve the absorption of dietary fats and therefore also fat-soluble nutrients. As ox bile is chemically similar to our own, it may supplement the liver's production of bile. The Ox bile concentrate in Gall Plus is derived from BSE-free herds.
