Review: I was looking for an authentic extra virgin olive oil to use in salad dressing. I thought that I might get a better tasting product if it wasn’t being produced on a massive scale so I tried this one from a co-operative. I tasted this one against the two supermarket own brands that I would usually buy. This oil has a fresh olive flavour - so not over ripe or salty. It is light and not at all peppery when compared to the supermarket ones. It also had no chemical after taste. To my mind this is a genuinely good olive oil, much better than the ones that I can normally get hold of. I hope that this review was helpful, please let me know if it was useful to you.
