Review: I got these probiotics to help with iron tablet related stomach pain. It did help lessen the pain a bit but sadly not all of it. Indigestion wise, it seemed ok too. I decided to switch to a different brand (Bio-kult) when they ran out, and found the cheaper brand to be better suited to my needs and helped diminish the pain a lot more. That being said, Optibac seem like a pretty ok brand.
