Review: I have been taking this for over 6 months now. The difference in my nails is remarkable. No more flaking or splitting. I have a full set of healthy nails. Hair loss also is not as bad as it was. I only take one a day. It seems to be enough for a petit gal!

Review: I was pretty adamant that Perfectil Hair helped my aging thinning(family have asked me 'what happened to your hair', YEP) and therefore opened a subscription as the Amazon price was incredible. I cancelled the subscription in July when I suddenly lost my job of 5 years. The following 2 months were super stressful in borrowing money to keep things ticking over and of course finding a job so this tablet was definitely missing, or so I thought. I continued with my good diet of raw veg salads, nutritional yeast with dressings, chickpea flour wraps, fresh fish was out of budget for a bit so tinned mackerel sardines etc and I can categorically say that I do not look any worse. Sure a little tired looking but I am allowed in my early 50s, however my hair skin and nails look pretty damn good! My friend even told me my hair looked so good AND went on to ask what I had done (now that is amazing) For the record, I did add extra red onion in my salads which has findings supporting good hair growth and it is clearly working for me. Guys, it took me to lose my job to realise I was wasting my hard earned cash. Get your vitamins for food, not synthetics, eat WELL and save your money. IT WORKS
