Review: I decided to try Q10 for night cramps and know pharma nord products are high quality and contain what they say. Been using for several months. My night cramps are vastly improved,but as a bonus I feel more energy and so far this year have had no colds or flu and neither has my husband, who been taking as well, not sure if that's down to luck but a first for us.
