Review: I bought these multivitamins for myself and my family thinking that a premium product like this would ensure we all had our daily requirement of vitamins. Imagine my surprise that after a blood test my doctor prescribe high strength vitamin D capsules as my levels were below half what they should have been. I feel let down and on careful examination of the label it turns out these tablets only contain 68% of the RDA. Not recommend as they do provide a once a day dose.
