Review: I bought it because I had some blood tests done and my iron store was low so they reviewed it again after a couple of months. My second test was normal so I think I have to thank the barley malt extract for that. I still take it because I really like it, there is so many different ways of using it, have it as a drink, on toast, in baking,in porridge or like I do sometimes if I'm craving something sweet I have it off the spoon. Delicious.

Review: They arrived well packed but when opened 5 jars had leaked in to the box so was a bit of a sticky mess. I cleaned them but the following day when I went to take them out to use the cupboard had sticky mess again. I had to remove all the lids and try to wipe around them which made a right mess in the end I decanted all jars in to a Kilner jar. Sorry to say I will not buy again and I normally use about 8 jars a month in cooking.
