Review: I took these for a month and my normal menopause anxiety, depression and short temper at everything was feeling much better. I thought it wasmaybe the sunnier weather, more time in the garden or just less things annoying me but then ran out. I thought i'd better order some more but was in no rush really but then the last two days without them i have feel angry and sad all day, anxiety in my stomach again, no patience and realised they must have had so much more effect than i thought. I think because i didn't suddenly feel better or 'fixed' i didn't notice the cumulative improvement in my mood until i am without. These are now out of stock so had to reorder exact same ones on Amazon but 90 insread of 30 pills. Will always have these now.

Review: I think with these tablets is really down to how your body reacts to it. I took it for 4 days and didn't have a great experience. Although not having the side effect sometimes associated with it (nausea, headache and so on), these tablets didn't work for me :( ....and I really wanted them to! Didn't help with my sleep (slept aout 4hrs) and gave me really random dreams (only had those the few nights i took the tablets). I even felt a bit weird at night (can't really explain but felt like something was going on in my head and wasn't really pleasant). Although not sleeping well, I felt a bit more relaxed during the day (so maybe that part worked somewhat for me).
