Review: As a general supplement this is okay. It is effective (to a certain extent) against seasonal viruses. But that's pretty much where it stops. Not so effective for fighting infections or helping the immune system if you suffer with chronic diseases. Also, the dose of beta-glucan in one pill is fairly low. I gave it 2 stars because I was expecting more (I would have given 2.5 stars if the system allowed that).
