Review: Been taking these for years and have managed to keep by B12 levels balanced. These are great because methylocobalamin is the natural occurring form of B12 and much more recommended than the synthetic form (other regular b12 tablets). This goes under your tongue, tastes well and gets absorbed quickly. Highly recommended
