Review: I feel compelled to write this after such a traumatic near death experience. There tablets are huge, I used to have difficulty swallowing them whole so I decided to get a pill cutter to cut them in half. 5 days ago, I put one half into my mouth and it completely blocked my airway, I ran for help downstairs and fell to the ground, which thankfully dislodged it, leaving me with a very sore throat. The experience has terrified and I get incredibly anxious now whenever I need to take pills due to this experience. It's a shame because Solgar are a really good brand but surely there is a safer and more easy to swallow way to make these supplements?
