Review: This is such a flavourful sauerkraut that I was eating it with anything savoury. This is the best tasing sauerkraut of all time in my opinion as the cumin seeds give it a unique taste. Definitely a winning combination as well as extremely good for you as sauerkraut is a source of immune-boosting probiotics and nutrients. In addition to being a source of probiotics, sauerkraut is rich in vitamin C and iron, both of which contribute to a healthy immune system. Cumin seeds contain naturally occurring substances that work as antioxidants. The active ingredients in cumin seeds have an anti-inflammatory, antiseptic effect plus they help reduce blood sugars. All of these health benefits are not bad for a great tasting sauerkraut in my opinion, so its well worth the money for the great taste and the health aspect.
